A $200 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date for your event is required.

Final guest count and balance is due one week before the event.

We cater for a variety of events including weddings, corporate events, private dinners, and more.

All our coking is done in the paella pans on site. we do not need a kitchen or electricity.

The paella is served buffet style. it takes about two hours to prepare and when is done, we turn off the heat and we can start serving.

We served the greater Phoenix area.
